Chivas Regal 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky
A beautifully presented whisky with a rich maltiness and tasting notes of marmalade and winter spice. The whisky can be enjoyed over ice or completely neat and although they’re usually made with bourbon, it’ll make a great whisky sour too.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour 50ml of Chivas Regal 18 Year Old, 35ml of fresh lemon juice, ½ and egg white, 15ml of sugar syrup and two dashes of angostura bitters into it. Give the shaker a vigorous shake and pour into a tumbler for the perfect whisky sour.
