    Cooper King Distillery has crafted a new-make spirit with a strong whisky character, but a clear appearance, from where it hasn't been matured how whisky is.

    This gorgeous spirit has rich toffee notes, with a delicious maltiness and barley presence. Pilot Series No. 1, New-Make is made from 100% floor-malted Marris Otter barley and is double distilled in a Tasmanian copper pot still.

    We suggest pouring the spirit into a tumbler with a little ice and sipping neat.
