Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky is made using barley that’s grown in the Cotswolds and is distilled in copper pot stills, before being aged in ex-bourbon and red wine casks to give the whisky a sweet smokiness with a fruity finish.
On the nose you’ll get typical malty flavours from a whisky - cereals, malt, barley etc. but there’s also a citrus burst and gentle whiffs of flowers too.
The palate: smooth textured, gliding down your throat like silk with a creamy finish.
