Fever-Tree says 'if 3/4 of your drink is the mixer, mix with the best'... and we couldn't agree more!
Their Refreshingly Light Mediterranean Tonic Water is still made with quinine from the 'fever trees' of the eastern hill ranges of the Democratic Republic of Congo... but it doesn't have as much as the Premium Indian Tonic Water.
Instead there's additions of rosemary and lemon thyme from Provence, France, which gives the tonic water a delicate floral tone, which excites the taste buds when paired with crisp Vodkas and herbaceous Gins.
To make this a Refreshingly Light version, Fever-Tree use fruit sugar to sweeten the tonic water.
Switch to the regular Mediterranean Tonic Water.
