Glasgow Distillery Makar Handcrafted Cherry Gin
Glasgow Distillery have taken their Makar Original Dry Gin and used it to soak ripe cherries and a few pink peppercorns in, before pressing it at the right time to release the most of the flavours.
The result is a fruity and rather autumnal flavoured gin that’s both sweet and peppery. It can be mixed with a premium tonic of lemonade, but here at Barber and Bennett we think a citrus tonic water is best to cut through the cherry fruitiness.
