Hooting Owl North Yorkshire Gin
Inspired by the North Yorkshire Moors, between Thirsk and Whitby comes the Hooting Owl North Yorkshire Gin. It’s here where Hooting Owl harvest heather and bilberries, when in season, to go into the gin. This a fruity yet earthy gin with a fragrant aroma and a juniper dominance, with notes of citrus and herbs too.
As the gin is a little complex, we recommend keeping the mixer simple, either a premium Indian tonic, or Raisthorpe Manor Citrus Yorkshire Tonic. A fresh sprig of thyme and a lemon slice garnish will also serve this gin well.
