Hooting Owl Signature Gin
When a distillery has a ‘signature’ gin, you know it’s going to be good. Hooting Owl’s Signature Gin has a familiar juniper presence, which is backed up well by a punchy citrus flavour of bitter orange and grapefruit. The gin also has a few sweet notes of liquorice and cassia bark, with a spicy finish.
Overall it’s an aromatic and fragrant gin with a silky-smooth finish.
We’d suggest serving with a slice of pink grapefruit, Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water and lots of ice. Alternatively this goes very well with Raisthorpe Manor Pink Grapefruit Yorkshire Tonic.
