Hooting Owl South Yorkshire Gin
Hooting Owl South Yorkshire Gin has taken influence from the famous Barnsley Chop, with it’s herbal flavours of rosemary and mint and the earthiness of mountain ash. Although the gin has an earthy, herbal character, it’s also got sweet botanicals of liquorice and cassia bark, which softens the gin and keeps it very fresh and crisp.
As the gin is a little complex, we recommend keeping the mixer simple, either a premium Indian tonic, or Raisthorpe Manor Citrus Yorkshire Tonic. A fresh sprig of rosemary and a fresh mint garnish will also serve this gin well.
