Aperol
Although Aperol has been around since 1919, it's only really taken off in the UK over the last 5 years or so. The Italian liqueur has a bitter orange taste, although it's actually made from rhubarb, gentian and cinchona - but it's definitely orange in colour.
To make a classic aperol spritz you'll need an orange slice and lots of ice in a balloon glass. Pour 100ml of the aperol, top with 150ml of prosecco, then top with a dash of soda water.
Don't forget to buy the Prosecco.
