Using homegrown molasses produced by the Medine Estate distillery on the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean Pink Pigeon Vanilla Spiced Rum takes its name from the endangered bird species native to the island.
Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar and Reunion, a little orange zest from Reunion and orchid petals are all in the mix.
A light, smooth and full-flavoured rum that can be enjoyed in many ways, neat or with a mixer or in a cocktail.
