Pocketful of Stones Dr Squid Gin - 70cl
Distilled in Penzance by the wonderful Pocketful of Stones people this is probably the most unusual gin you will ever find. The tin (yes a copper can instead of a bottle) is adorned with Cornish wildlife, landscape and folklore.
A tiny amount of squid ink is added to each can, add a splash of tonic water to this black mixture and as if by magic it turns pink.
The squid ink adds saline to the flavour along with fresh herbs and Sea Buckthorn for zest with some Juniper and a definite hint of the sea.
