Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
Founded by Conor McGregor (and with a little help from former Bushmills distillery manager, David Elder), Proper No. Twelve is a blended Irish whiskey featuring both malt and grain, drawn from bourbon barrels. The name comes from Dublin 12, which is where Conor grew up.
There's a rich sweetness to this whiskey, with vanilla, honey and a touch of caramel, but there's also a subtle spice to it too.
