This is the UK’s first Damson liqueur that’s made using port. It’s handcrafted at Raisthorpe Manor with fine port, locally grown and picked damsons and a little sugar. The result is a rich port that’s bursting with damson fruitiness that’s got just the right amount of sweetness.
On the nose you’ll notice the stoned fruit, which prepares your taste buds for the damson jamminess. It makes a perfect after dinner drink, cheese board accompaniment or just to enjoy on winter days.
