The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey
The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog in New York City, home to a very large Irish whiskey collection, have teamed up with master distiller, Darryl McNally, to create this fabulous Irish whiskey that's full of character and strong tasting notes.
The whiskey is matured in virgin American oak barrels, which is where it gets its smoky depth from. On the nose you’ll get toasty and sweet hints of brown sugar and apricots. With each sip caramel and vanilla will be the dominant flavours, but notes of nutmeg, coffee and macadamia nuts will begin to unravel in the after taste.
