Tussock Jumper Rhino Red Wine - Shiraz - Grenache - Viognier
This wine is made predominantly from Shiraz grapes, which contributes to the wine’s fruity richness as well as Grenache and Viognier grapes, which provide some spicy, earthy tones, giving the wine a bit of depth and grit.
The three grape types are vinified separately, before being blended and matured together in old, French oak barrels for 14 months before getting bottled.
There are notes of red berries, a little leather and some black olive too. Overall it’s a rich and complex wine… one that you should definitely let breath for a while before serving.
