Produced by William Grant at the Ailsa Bay Distillery, Aerstone Sea Cask is a 10-year-old single malt.
Its decade of maturation by the sea on the Ayrshire coast in Scotland has produced a smooth and mellow whisky.
On the nose it's light with nutty hints of almond and vanilla, between the lips experience episodes of nougat, vanilla and honey whilst the finish is lingering and deliciously sweet.
