Rum

Associated heavily with fictional pirates, rum is a versatile spirit from the Caribbean and South and Central America. With the exception of white rums, most rums are aged in oak barrels that help develop distinct flavours, depending on what it’s been blended with.

Rum ranges from white, golden, spiced, smoked and dark varieties. The well-known brands range from Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Sailor Jerry and Malibu which you can all find at Barber and Bennett, but we also sell a wide range of premium rums which are perfect for sipping neat where you can appreciate flavours like fruit, spices, cocoa and toasted oak.
