Yorkshire Crisps
Yorkshire Crisps was founded in 2005 by Ashley Turner, a farmer and businessman based in Wales Bar - a lovely village in between Rotherham and Sheffield. Now a small team, they’re very proud of their Yorkshire roots, which is why the ingredients that go into their crisps and popcorn are sourced carefully and locally and the proof is certainly in the taste!
The potatoes are grown by local farmers on the chalky soils of the Yorkshire Wolds and are cooked in pure sunflower oil, before being flavoured with natural flavourings. Their crisps have won food awards including Best Snack in the Caterer and Hotelkeeper Awards for Excellence Awards and Gold Great Taste Awards.
