Port

Port is a fortified wine produced in the Douro Valley of northern Portugal. Typically a port would be a sweet red wine, which is popular to have as a dessert wine or served with cheeses. However you can get dry, semi-dry and white varieties of port too.

Ports are very rich and full of flavour, which make a great dinner party drink for the dessert and cheese course.
