Delivery Questions

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery starts from just £3.99 to mainland UK using Royal Mail, and there's free UK mainland delivery when you spend £100. We have a range of Next Day and courier options which you can read about on our Delivery Information page.
When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch orders the same day when you order before 1pm. We don't dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays. If you have any specific order questions please contact us, ensuring you have your order reference handy.
When will the tracking information work?
For Royal Mail and Courier orders tracking information is usually live from the next working day (in the morning) once we've dispatched your order. Depending on your service, you'll receive an SMS/email to let you know your expected delivery date and time.

Product Questions

Are your products in stock?
All our products are in stock and ready for dispatch. Occasionally we may run low of some products, or when demand is particularly high - we'll let you know via email if there are any problems with your order.
Can I order single bottles?
Yes! There is no minimum order.

Placing an Order

Can I order on the telephone?
We welcome your telephone and online orders. Please call our team on 01943 597 598 to place an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
When will my card be charged?
We charge your card for your order at the time of purchase.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as your order isn't yet dispatched. Please call our team as soon as possible on 01943 597 598.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, we can't make any order amendments once your order is with our warehouse team. We can cancel and help you place a new order if you wish to make an amendment. Please call us on 01943 597 598.

Who are you, and where are you based?
We're an independent wine and spirit merchant, set up by established Tobacconists, the Green Family. We've been trading from Leeds since 1989. Read more about us…
Can I return a product?
We can accept returns for unopened products, see our Returns Policy. For faulty/damaged goods please contact us.
