This small batch Blair Athol 2012 is one of only 777 bottles and was distilled at one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, Blair Athol near Pitlochry. Now owned by Diego much of the production is used in making Bell's blended whisky.
Matured in refill hogsheads the spirit has developed without a doubt the characteristics Blair Athol is known for.
Complex, subtle notes of vanilla and stewed apples on the nose with cinnamon and shortbread on the palate. With no chill filtering or colouring this is a versatile dram that can be enjoyed whenever the occasion arises.
