Bruxo X Espadin & Barril Mezcal -70cl
Bruxo X Mezcal is made from a blend of 80% espadin agave spirit and 20% barril agave spirit. The agave is slowly cooked and then left to ferment.
This mezcal certainly doesn't disappoint, distilled twice, there are hints of citrus and tropical fruit on the nose, however this crystal clear, smooth mezcal comes alive on the tongue, with a honey like sweetness and little smoke it's similar to a non smokey whisky.
