Cabby's White Rum Sample
Sample size: Cabby’s White Rum is the first ever Rum that’s been produced in London. Taxi Spirit Co. have produced the rum from 100% cane molasses and fermented, distilled and matured the rum at their distillery in Mile End, E3.
The rum is very pleasing and fresh on the nose with delicate coconut and a little treacle depth there too. When sipping the rum, you’ll get a gentle citrus at the front, backed by tropical flavours with a touch more coconut and spices. There are some bittersweet tones to the rum, but it is more sweet from the molasses, which give the vanilla-caramel hit at the end of the sip.
