Cooper King Distillery has crafted a new-make spirit with a strong whisky character.
This gorgeous spirit has rich toffee notes, a delicious maltiness, and a barley presence. Pilot Series No. 1, New-Make, is made from 100% floor-malted Marris Otter barley and is double distilled in a Tasmanian copper pot still.
We suggest pouring the spirit into a tumbler with a little ice and sipping neat.
