Daddy Rack American Whiskey starts with corn from local farmers, rye and malted barley. After milling and the addition of yeast, the Sour Mash spends 72 hours fermenting.
A first distillation is in a copper column still, followed by a second pot “doubler” still distillation, then it's filtered through Maple wood charcoal and allowed to rest in American White Oak Barrels which have been given a No3 char.
Aged for 4 years only 228 bottles came from this particular cask.
