Dom Pérignon is produced only in exceptional years, and each vintage represents the character of that year and the character of Dom Pérignon. After at least eight years in the cellars, the wine displays the perfect balance.
The Brut Champagne becomes vibrant and explodes with a wave of enthusiasm. Acidic and bitter notes harmonise with red fruits like raspberry, peach and dark cherry. The Chardonnay adds a corroborating layer of chalky texture and delicious fruit in the yellow spectrum like plum, apple and tropical notes of pineapple. The finish brings a penetrating tautness, marked by ginger and tobacco.
