Fielden Flagship English Rye Whisky - 70cl
The Oxford Artisan Distillery has rebranded as Fielden and left its original home in Oxfordshire and relocated to Yorkshire.
Its first offering is Fielden rye whiskey, made from heritage grains grown without the use of chemicals on 15farms from Cornwall to Norfolk.
Fielden is made with a mix of rye, wheat, and malted barley. It's double-distilled in pot and column stills before being matured in American oak casks and a selection of ex-wine casks.
On the nose, there are flowers and fruit. On the palate, there's smooth caramel and nuts with a malty finish.
