Filey Bay Peated Finish Whisky
A gorgeous new whisky from the Filey Bay range. Their intention with this batch was to create a well-balanced whiskey that is not too smoky, but not too sweet. The whisky starts off in bourbon casks, before being further matured in peated casks.
The result is a smooth whisky with flavours of vanilla, caramel, subtle peat smokiness and a little citrus for balance. We think it’s a great whisky for sipping neat.
