Only those casks sherry and bourbon casks deemed up to the job have been selected for this bottling. Once married they are finished in Oloroso sherry butts from Andalucia.
On the nose, this gives aromas of soft fruits and nougat, to the taste, there's toffee apples and sultanas.
The finish is long-lasting with notes of honey and green tea.
One to try for fans of sherry finishes.
