Kaikyo Distillery 135 East Hyogo Japanese Dry Gin - 70cl
Named after the 135° East meridian that crosses Akashi City in the Hyogo prefecture, 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin is made with distilled Sake spirit.
It is batch distilled with Japanese botanicals and classic London Dry Style botanicals based on what they call the 'Hyogo' style, which is the balance between Dry Gin and Citrus, infused with Yuzu and Sansho Pepper.
This is a Gin packed full of citrus flavours with underlying Chilli and Pepper Spice before finishing off with more clean crisp Citrus notes.
