Ginger ale is a carbonated soft drink that (to no surprise) is flavoured with ginger. There are two main types of ginger ale: The golden style, which is credited to Ireland and Canadian ginger ale which is paler and milder in taste.

We sell a stunning range of ginger ales that are bursting with fresh ginger, as well as also selling flavoured variations here at Barber and Bennett, all of which are perfect both on their own or with a spirit of your choice.

Our favourite, particularly in Autumn and at Christmas is Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale, which pairs so well with either: Slingsby Yorkshire Marmalade Gin or Beefeater Blood Orange Gin.

The crisp orange-flavoured gins combined with the warm spices in the ginger ale just sing and create a drink that is truly delightful in the Autumn/Winter season.
