This is a dram-sample of Otterbeck Distillery’s Cotton Gin with Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn.
Otterbeck have teamed up Annabel's Deliciously British Strawberries to create a strawberry infused gin that's the right amount of summer-sweetness, with a touch of pink peppercorns to add a hit of heat and bring out the natural sweet flavour.
The gin is distilled in Otterbeck's copper still, Eliza, and includes wild botanicals from the Yorkshire Dales.
