Pierre Ferrand Selection des Anges Premier Cru Grande Champagne Cognac- 70cl
Roughly translated as "Selection of the Angels" there's little doubt a drop of this exquisite cognac would make any angel sing.
The presentation is as stunning as the cognac, matured over many years (with the angels no doubt having their fair share) what's left is silky smooth, the XO of the House.
On the nose experience apricots, raisins, honey and vanilla, the palate will determine hints of liquorice and dark chocolate with oak and a finish that's memorable.
