The Whistler PX I Love You Single Malt Irish Whiskey - 70cl
This wonderful family distillery has done it again. They start with 100% malted barley, which is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, and finally finished (for at least 9 months) in old Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to produce a fantastic single malt whisky.
The flavour and characteristics that come from these old sherry casks has to be drunk to be believed. There's a delicious sherry nose, an aroma of raisins, cherries & sultanas candied orange and on the palate candied peel, walnut, and citrus notes.
