Tomatin 2009/2021 "Bourbon Cask Matured" G & M Discovery Series Single Malt Scotch Whisky -70cl
Part of the Gordon & McPhail Discovery range, distilled at the Tomatin distillery in 2009 and matured in old bourbon casks by Gordon & McPhail.
Bottled in 2021 at 43% this is a beautifully smooth dram. Aromas of honey mix with pears whilst there are hints of floral sweetness and some vanilla when tasting.
A lovely sweet lingering finish just adds to the pleasure.
