Carefully chosen casks of spirit are married and the finished in ex-merlot wine barrels from Bordeaux to produce a whisky of exceptional taste and character.
On the nose there's fruit blossom and summer berries, on the palate there'ssome cocoa powder and redcurrant jam.
The finish is long with almond and cappucino warming and mellow.
This small batch single malt was bottled at 40%, it is non chill filtered.
