Walsh's Distillery The Irishman Single Malt Whiskey (40%)
A classic Irish malt, triple distilled and then matured in old Bourbon oak casks and finished in Oloroso sherry casks to impart that final flavour.
On the nose, there's ripe peach and tropical fruits. The experience on the tongue is honey, a little orange blossom and toasted almonds with a long finish.
Made using only Irish barley.
