Distilled from malted and unmalted barley, Writers Tears Copper Pot whiskey is a wonderful union of aged Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskey.Non-peated, it is triple distilled and matured in flame charred American oak bourbon casks.
Initial aromas are of honey and citrus fruits and on tasting, there's green apple and vanilla. A light and enjoyable whiskey with a lingering warming finish.
