Whitby Gin The Demeter Edition - 70cl
The Demeter is the name of the vessel that brought Count Dracula to the shore of Whitby one stormy night. Pure fiction, but good reading.
Thankfully we can turn fiction into fact through this wonderful gin produced by The Whitby Distillery.
Rich and fragrant juniper themes are joined by floral notes of heather tip, rosehip, and elderflower on the nose.
Sweet plum and vanilla flavours are noticeable on the palate followed by the aromas of pepper dulse, which last through to the wonderful spiced finish.
